2026 Volunteer Commitments

UPDATE: When a team is fully staffed, it will be removed from this list!

Thank you for your willingness to serve at Incarnation!

As our church grows, we are introducing a simpler volunteer structure designed to make serving sustainable for both volunteers and staff.  Please read the information below carefully before selecting your team.

This form will also allow you to update your church directory information.

How Volunteer Scheduling Works
  •  Volunteers are asked to serve on one primary Sunday team
  •  Most roles serve:
    • 1x/month if the role requires missing the service or hospitality time
    • 2x/month if the role allows full participation in worship
  •  Serving twice per month does not mean fixed Sundays (e.g., 1st & 3rd). It may be back-to-back, but not more than twice per month
  •  We will collect blockouts (dates you are unavailable) before scheduling
  •  Schedules will be created and published quarterly
  •  After publication, volunteers are responsible for finding a substitute within their team if needed.  You will receive contact information for those on your team.
  •  Each team has a team leader who will train and support you
  •  Commitments begin August 30, 2026 and continue for one year
Serving Rhythm
  •  We encourage everyone to serve in:
    • One Sunday team, and
    • One weekday or discipleship role, as your season allows
  •  Older youth may serve independently; younger children may serve alongside a parent
  • If you are signing up for multiple people on the same form, please write their name and volunteer team in the note at the end.

Please note: We do not allow anyone to access to our directory unless a staff member has personally met the individual.
